My Philosophy & Why I Teach

Rooted in anatomical precision and nervous system awareness, my work is all about intentional movement. I’m here to bridge the gap between “working hard” and “working smart.” My goal is to educate you to connect with your body, execute with integrity, and feel every movement deeply and creating an experience that goes far beyond the physical.

My Pilates Journey

I’ve spent over 16 years as a Kinesiologist and strength coach, working with everyone from elite athletes to everyday movers. Early on, I became fascinated by the psychology of movement and how we connect, adapt, and perform. I noticed a consistent pattern: many people were strong and committed, but no one had ever taught them true form, internal connection, or nervous system awareness.

That gap became my mission. I sought a way to combine strength training with breath, alignment, and deep core engagement. In 2019, meeting Katie was divine timing. Completing her certification allowed me to fully integrate Pilates into my clinical work. Together, we’ve evolved that vision into the ALL Method, a space where precision and power finally live together.

How the ALL Method changed my movement:

  • It shifted my focus from pure output to deep intention, making every movement more effective.
  • It taught me that true strength is built from the inside out, starting with the nervous system.
  • It gave me the tools to help others move with more confidence, resilience, and longevity.

When I’m Not Teaching

You can find me: Chasing after my 2-year-old twins, finding quiet moments of space for myself, catching up on a good podcast, or out for a long walk with friends.
