MyMy Philosophy & Why I Teach
At the heart of my teaching is the belief that your body already knows the way. I focus on helping people reconnect to that inner intelligence through nervous-system-aware, anatomically precise movement that builds strength without force and confidence without pressure. I’m less interested in what a movement looks like and more interested in how it lands in your body and how it supports your life.

My Pilates Journey
I came to Pilates through curiosity, necessity, and a deep desire to understand why my body was moving the way it was and not just how to make it work harder. My background in accounting and systems thinking trained me to look for structure and patterns, but my body was asking for more awareness and integrity. Over time, I noticed that when I moved with intention and respect for my nervous system, everything shifted: pain patterns softened, and my relationship with my body transformed from one of control to one of collaboration.
How the ALL Method changed my movement:
- It became the bridge between anatomical precision and deep listening, revealing movement as a language.
- I learned to move with more presence and trust, shifting from a mindset of “pushing through” to one of sustainability.
- It transformed my practice into a lifelong tool for resilience, regulation, and true self-connection.
When I’m Not Teaching
You can find me Wandering in the forest, near the ocean, or bundled up in the stands watching my girls play hockey.
