My Philosophy & Why I Teach

I believe in moving with intention while still finding space to have fun. Movement can be so transformative when it’s done thoughtfully, and I absolutely love helping others feel that “aha” moment when the mind-to-muscle connection finally clicks. In the studio, you can expect layers of spice! I love to play with choreography and transitions in a way that will get you (almost) forgetting how hard you’re working.

My Pilates Journey

My personal journey is what led me to the ALL Method. I spent 15 years as a competitive cheerleader, competing at the Cheerleading World Finals twice. While I deeply loved learning what my body was capable of, the high-impact nature of the sport eventually took a serious toll on me. After several concussions, sprained ankles, and a sprained back, I decided to retire. In 2020, I found Pilates and the ALL Method. The mindful connection between mind and body was exactly what I needed after years of pushing through pain. 

How the ALL Method changed my movement:

• I gained functional strength, allowing me to lift heavier and run for longer than ever before.
• I became truly resilient and I rarely ever get injured anymore!

When I’m Not Teaching

You can find me cooking for friends, trying new cafes around Vancouver, or watching Formula 1!
