Terms & Conditions

Welcome to ALL Studio. By using our website, our mobile application, or booking a class at our Vancouver studio, you agree to the following terms. These policies ensure that our Railtown space remains safe, inclusive, and supportive for our entire community.

1. Accounts & Booking

All classes and services are managed through our booking partner, Mariana Tek.

  • Reservations: Class booking is available up to two weeks in advance.
  • Payments: All classes must be paid for at the time of booking. Credits and memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Expirations: Credits have strict expiration dates based on the package type. We allow a maximum of one exception per client to extend the expiration of a package. Please check your specific expiry date in your account or at checkout.

2. Cancellation & Waitlist Policies

We maintain a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. All cancellations must be made through the ALL Studio app or website; we do not accept cancellations via email or social media.

  • Class Packs & Drop-ins: Cancellations within 24 hours are “Late Cancels” and the credit is forfeited. No-shows without cancellation will forfeit the credit and incur a $5 fee.
  • Unlimited Packages & Memberships: Late cancellations (within 24 hours) incur a $10 fee. No-shows incur a $15 fee.
  • Waitlists & Standby: If you are moved from the waitlist into a class, you are subject to all cancellation policies. If you can no longer attend, please remove yourself from the waitlist to avoid automated fees.

3. ALL Digital Studio

Our Digital Studio provides on-demand movement content. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

  • Recurring Billing: Subscriptions are billed automatically on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) until cancelled.
  • Cancellations: You may cancel at any time via your account settings. To avoid the next billing cycle, please cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date.
  • Refunds: We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months or unused portions of a subscription term.
  • Safety: The same Health & Physical Readiness terms apply to our digital content. Ensure you have a safe space to move and listen to your body’s needs.

4. Mobile Application Use

Our branded mobile app is provided to help you manage your movement practice.

  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • Usage: We grant you a personal, non-exclusive license to use the app for booking and account management. The software, interface, and underlying technology of the ALL Studio app are the property of our technology partners and are protected by intellectual property laws. Any attempt to disrupt the app’s functionality or redistribute its content is prohibited.

5. Studio Etiquette & Safety

  • Arrival: Please arrive 5–10 minutes before class.
  • First-Time Reformer Guests: You must arrive 15 minutes early for a mandatory orientation. If you have not been fitted for your machine by the class start time, you will not be permitted to enter.
  • Late Entry: We have a strict no-entry policy 5 minutes after class commences.
  • Grip Socks: Mandatory for all Reformer classes. Approved brands include ALL Studio, Core Community, Lagree, Aritzia, and Alo.
  • Apparel: Please avoid clothing with zippers or hardware that may damage equipment.

6. Health & Physical Readiness

By participating in any ALL Studio class (physical or digital), you represent that you are in good physical health.

  • Level Progression: All guests must complete at least one Begin level class before booking an Elevate level Reformer class.
  • Modifications: It is your responsibility to inform your guide of any injuries or pregnancy before class so we can provide safe modifications.

7. Facilities & Property

  • Lost & Found: Items are held for one week before being donated. ALL Studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.

8. Intellectual Property

All content provided via our website, app, and Digital Studio (including class sequences, anatomical instruction, and branding) is the property of ALL Studio and is intended for personal, non-commercial use only.
