ALL REFORMER Class Options

Our ALL Reformer program offers focused instruction for every level.

This class is suitable for beginners or anyone wanting to review Pilates fundamentals. ALL Reformer: Begin introduces the equipment and foundational principles at a controlled pace. Exercises are broken down with a focus on posture and form to ensure you build safe, effective habits.

Designed for clients with previous Reformer experience, ALL Reformer: Elevate increases class intensity and streamlines transitions to help you progress. Participants must complete at least one Begin-level class before joining. This class is not suitable for pre- or post-natal clients.

ALL Reformer: Jump incorporates the jump board into the Reformer for a class that builds cardiovascular fitness, bone density, and lower body strength through low-impact plyometric sequences.

We offer two Reformer sizes: Extended Carriage and Regular Carriage. Priority for Extended Carriages is given to clients over 5’9″ or those needing extra space.
